  17. <p>     Iraqi opposition leaders say the Saudis are working on a
  18. secret deal to help overthrow Saddam Hussein. Makeshift camps
  19. have been set up near Saudi and Kuwaiti border towns for
  20. thousands of Shi`ite refugees. While the world's attention is
  21. focused on the tragedy of the Kurds, Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah
  22. has agreed in principle to let anti-Saddam Iraqis, mostly Sunni
  23. and Shi`ite Muslims, set up training sites as a base for
  24. infiltrating Iraq. The Saudis are "much more committed to
  25. overthrowing Saddam Hussein than the allies are," says Muwafaq
  26. al-Rubai of the Shi`ite al-Dawa party.
